Cancellation policy

This policy applies to subscription ("subscribe & save") purchases made on this site.

How your subscription works

When you subscribe, your payment method is charged automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout, for each upcoming delivery, until you cancel.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, in either of these ways:

• Through your account on our site, under Subscriptions — you can pause, skip, or cancel upcoming deliveries directly
• By emailing us at hello@profilessb.com with your order/subscription details, and we'll process the cancellation on your behalf

When cancellation takes effect

Cancelling stops all future scheduled charges and deliveries. It does not affect an order that has already been processed or shipped — that order is treated under our standard Refund & Returns Policy.

There's no minimum commitment — you can cancel before your very next scheduled delivery with no penalty.

Changes to price or frequency

If we ever change the price or delivery frequency of your subscription, we'll notify you in advance of your next charge, and you'll have the opportunity to cancel before the new terms take effect.
